Microwave oven (Cook only one at a time): 1. REMOVE film from meal. 2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 4½ to 5½ minutes. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165°F. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! 4. Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Conventional oven (Do not prepare in toaster oven): 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut and remove film from dessert. 2. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 30 minutes. 3. Pull back film over fish, continue cooking 4 to 6 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165°F. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! 5. Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy!
