Directions

Step 1
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and jalapeño pepper. Sauté 4-5 minutes.

Step 2
Add ground turkey to skillet. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Sauté until turkey is fully cooked, 7-9 minutes.

Step 4
Remove from heat; add Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes with Chilies to turkey mixture.

Step 5
Combine Macaroni and Cheese with turkey mixture and spoon into casserole dish.

Step 6
Top with crushed tortilla chips, then bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes (internal temperature of 165°F) and serve.
