Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine ricotta, egg, mozzarella, salt, pepper, basil, lemon juice, and chopped garlic.

  2. Step 2

    Stretch thawed pizza dough, stuff each with 4-1/2 oz. of cheese mixture and 4 oz. Healthy Choice Turkey Marsala.

  3. Step 3

    Fold over and seal edges, brush with egg wash and vent the top.

  4. Step 4

    Bake in 360°F convection oven for 20 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Serve 2 oz. side of Angela Mia Marinara Sauce with each calzone.
