Directions

  1. Step 1

    Blanch vegetables.

  2. Step 2

    Cook gnocchi in boiling water, drain.

  3. Step 3

    Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in saucepan and heat to temperature of 165°F.

  4. Step 4

    Place in bowl and garnish with chopped basil and oregano.
