Italian seasoning

Red pepper flakes

Olive oil
1 clove
Garlic, minced
2 oz
Zucchini, sliced, quartered
6 oz
2 tbsp
Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Season sliced chicken with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Add olive oil, garlic and chicken to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to plate.

  3. Step 3

    Add zucchini to skillet and sauté briefly, 2-3 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Combine Healthy Choice Macaroni & Cheese, chicken and zucchini, then spoon into small iron skillet. Top with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

  5. Step 5

    Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes (internal temperature of 165°F) until bread crumbs begin to brown. Then serve.
