Aged Cheddar cheese, shredded

Ground beef chuck, 80/20

Pretzel rolls, split
24 leaves
Green leaf lettuce
24 slices
Onion, red, 1/4-inch sliced
48 slices
Pickle chips, dill
2 cups
Mayonnaise, reduced fat

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In large bowl, combine RO*TEL® and cheese. Mix well to combine and refrigerate until needed.

  2. Step 2

    Flatten ground beef into 48, 1/4 pound patties.

  3. Step 3

    Top 24 of the beef patties with 1/3 cup each of the RO*TEL® mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Top each patty with the remaining ground beef patties and crimp sides closed.

  5. Step 5

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill burger patties until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached, about 6 minutes per side.

  6. Step 6

    To make ONE SERVING, layer the following ingredients: 1 pretzel bun bottom, 1 piece of lettuce, 1 burger, 1 red onion slice, 2 pickle chips, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 pretzel bun top.
