Directions

  1. Step 1

    Brown sausage in a large pan over medium heat. When sausage is half browned, add carrots and onions and saute.

  2. Step 2

    Add RO*TEL® and bring to a simmer over low heat; cover. Simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt. Serve warm.

  3. Step 3

    Serving Suggestions: Serve bolognese with broad, flat-shaped or tube-shaped pasta, or use as a sauce for Italian sandwiches.
