PEPPERONI RELISH
1-1/2 cups
Pepperoni, brunoised
1 cup
Extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves
Garlic, grated
1 tbsp
Fresh oregano
1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine all ingredients for pepperoni relish and allow to sit for 24 hours.

  2. Step 2

    Lay calzones out on sheet tray with parchment paper to thaw overnight.

  3. Step 3

    Preheat convection oven to 350° F.

  4. Step 4

    Spray the top of each calzone with cooking spray.

  5. Step 5

    Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Serve each calzone with 2 tablespoons of pepperoni relish.
