Directions

Step 1
Pour J. Hungerford Smith Strawberry Topping, water, lemon juice and pinot grigio in work bowl of food processor. Pulse 5-6 times until completely combined.

Step 2
Pour strawberry mixture into non-reactive, airtight container and freeze at least 8 hours.

Step 3
To serve, place two scoops of the frozen strawberry granita into 3 glasses. Pour 4 ounces ginger ale into each glass.

Serve immediately with a spoon.
