Old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup
Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup
Pure maple syrup or agave
1/4 cup
Chia seeds
2 tbsp
Coconut oil
1/4 tsp
Ground cinnamon
1/4 cup
Mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place popcorn and oats in food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to large bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, coconut oil and groud cinnamon; mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in chips. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Roll into balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Store covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
