Directions

Step 1
Heat grilled chicken in microwave for 50 to 70 seconds. Shake-on seasoning salt.

Step 2
Place French toast slices on a sheet pan. Place chicken on one slice of toast.

Step 3
Mix together BBQ sauce and pineapple; add on top of chicken.

Step 4
Run though impinger at 425°F for 3 1/2 minutes.

Step 5
Top with chicken, BBQ sauce, coleslaw and red onion. Finish with other piece of toast. Serve warm.
