Directions

Step 1
Preheat fryer to 350°F.

Whisk together the lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon salt, curry powder, coriander, pepper, and turmeric in a medium bowl.

Fry the Gardein Fishless Filets until crispy and reaches 165°F, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 4
While the fishless filets are frying, quickly sauté the red onions in a small non-stick sauté pan with the olive oil, season with remaining kosher salt.

Step 5
As soon as the filets are done, toss in a stainless-steel bowl with the ginger-lemon sauce. Quickly toss to coat the filets and serve over the rice. Garnish with red onion, cilantro sprigs and lemon slices.
