Directions

  1. Step 1

    To make SWEET POTATO FRIES: Preheat fryer to 375°F.

  2. Step 2

    Fry sweet potato fries for 3 minutes until crisp and hot.

  3. Step 3

    To make ONE SERVING: Top 1 cup sweet potato fries with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup RO*TEL®, 1 tablespoon bacon, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 teaspoon scallions.

  4. Step 4

    CHEF'S NOTE: Substitute 24 baked sweet potatoes, in place of fries, for a healthier option.
