Directions
-
Step 1
Cut a 2 1/2 " circle in one piece of French Toast.

Place butter in sauté pan over medium heat; add one whole piece of French toast and the one piece of French toast with the hole cut out of it to the buttered pan.
-
Step 3
Gently crack an egg into the center of the toast with the hole cut out of it. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until toast is brown and the bottom of egg is cooked to over medium. Flip pieces of bread and finish cooking on the other side.

In a separate pan, cook ham over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown. Flip ham and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer ham onto the whole piece of French toast.
