Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Place 1 cup marshmallows in bottom of pie plate. Spread pudding over marshmallows; sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Top with remaining 2 cups marshmallows.

Bake 10 minutes or until mixture is hot and marshmallows are browned lightly. Serve immediately with graham crackers.
