Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Mozzarella cheese, fresh
Parmesan cheese, grated
Green bell pepper, julienned
Italian sausage, crumbled, fully cooked
Mushrooms, thin sliced
Oregano, dried
Pepperoni, thin slices
Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Yellow onion, julienned
Crushed red pepper
Garlic, granulated
Oregano, dried

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place sheet pan upside down in oven.

  2. Ladle 3 ounces of pizza sauce over the top of the pizza crust.

  3. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.

  4. Bake pizza on the upside-down sheet pan, bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is fully melted. Rotate the pizza 180°, if necessary, half way through baking.
