La Choy Chop Suey Vegetables with Mushrooms SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Drain lush brine from can into pan; add 1 cup water, heat, then completely (not mush). Add any seasoning from can that is desired and serve vegetables hot. Serve with La Choy Chow Mein Noodles or Chop Suey Mix or on cooked rice as Chop Suey. Others: Sprinkle with slivered or chopped water chestnuts, mushrooms, or sliced almonds.
