Preparation/Cooking Instructions
Internal temperature of product should be 165° F. Product may be thawed up to 48 hours under refrigeration prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. Dome Lid. Place Product on Tray. During last 10-15 minutes, gently rotate stuffed peppers and spoon with sauce, replace lid. Convection Oven (325° F Preheated) from Frozen: 1 hour 35-40 min. Thawed: 60-65 minutes. Conventional Oven (400° F Preheated) Frozen: 1 hour 45-50 minutes. Thawed: 65-75 minutes.
