PEACH AND BRIE BISCUIT BITES

|Bakery Chef® Premium Buttermilk Biscuits 1.4 oz.||86151 21011||24 ea|
|Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 48 (1 x 1/2-inch) pieces||1 lb|
|Peach preserves||1-1/3 cups|
|Lemon juice||2 tsp|
|Ground cinnamon||1 tsp|
|Walnuts, finely chopped||4 tbsp|
- Bake biscuits as directed; cool slightly, about 5 mintues.
- Split biscuits horizontally. Place on cookie sheet. Place one piece cheese on each biscuit half.
- In small bowl, break up peach preserves; blend with lemon juice and cinnamon; spoon over cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350° F for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is softened.
