Preparation:

  1. Make TOMATO-AVOCADO SALAD: In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and avocadoes. Top with spicy chili relish, olive oil and salt; toss to combine.
  2. To Make ONE PORTION: Top multi-grain toast with 1/2 cup tomato avocado salad. Add 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, if desired.
