BEEF PEPPER STEAK SPRING ROLLS

|Rice paper||1 sheet|
|Pad Thai noodles, prepared||2 tbsp|
|Cucumbers, seeded, julienne||2 tbsp|
|Carrots, julienne||2 tbsp|
- Heat Healthy Choice Beef Pepper Steak to internal temperature of 165°F, then set aside to cool down to slightly warm.
- Soak rice paper in water until soft and place soaked rice paper on wet paper towel.
- Lay basil leaves on rice paper, then layer noodles, cucumbers, carrots and warm Healthy Choice Beef Pepper Steak on top.
- Roll rice paper tightly, folding in sides after first roll to enclose completely.
- Cut in half and serve.
