Chopped cilantro 2 tbsp
Grated ginger 1 tbsp
Fresh lime juice 3 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Hot chili sauce 2 tsp
Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
Tortilla chips or fried wontons  

Preparation:

  1. In medium bowl, combine drained Angela MiaŽ Petite Diced Tomatoes, cilantro, ginger, lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce and hot chili sauce.
  2. Cover and let stand at room temperature 20 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or fried wontons.
