SWISS MISSŪ CHOCOLATE FLAN

|Swiss MissŪ Regular Hot Chocolate, prepared and chilled as below||15700 07280||8 oz|
|Milk, 2%||4 cups|
|Vanilla extract||1 tbsp|
|Granulated sugar||1 cup|
- Prepare Swiss MissŪ Regular Hot Chocolate in advance with 6 fluid oz. of hot water to every 2 oz. (two - 1 oz. packets) of dry Swiss MissŪ Regular Hot Chocolate and chill.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Bring milk to a simmer and steep the cinnamon and vanilla extract for 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick from the milk. Add the prepared Swiss MissŪ Regular Hot Chocolate to the milk and blend well.
- Mix the sugar with the whole eggs and egg yolks. Temper the egg mixture into the hot milk.
- Pour the liquid into 15 (4 oz.) ramekins. Place the ramekins into a large cake pan or roasting pan. Pour enough hot water into the pan to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake just until the flan is set, approximately 40-45 minutes.
