Directions
-
Step 1
Form eight patties from the mixed sausage approximately 2oz each.
-
Step 2
In a stand mixer combine all ingredients for the Longansia Style Sausage and mix on medium speed until ingredients are fully incorporated.
-
Step 3
Deep fry seasoned hash browns until golden and crispy. Season with salt as they come out of the fryer.
-
Step 4
Cook sausage patties after sausage is flipped to cook the second side. Top each patty with a slice of cheese.
-
Step 5
Toast buns using a small amount of canola oil.
-
Step 6
Cook eggs, over easy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
-
Step 7
Build sandwiches: place hash brown on bottom of bun then followed by the cooked sausage and then the over easy egg. Place the top of the bun either on top or off to the side to not break the egg yolk.
