Directions

  1. Step 1

    Heat Healthy Choice Beef Pepper Steak to internal temperature of 165°F, then set aside to cool down to slightly warm.

  2. Step 2

    Soak rice paper in water until soft and place soaked rice paper on wet paper towel.

  3. Step 3

    Lay basil leaves on rice paper, then layer noodles, cucumbers, carrots and warm Healthy Choice Beef Pepper Steak on top.

  4. Step 4

    Roll rice paper tightly, folding in sides after first roll to enclose completely.

  5. Step 5

    Cut in half and serve.
